Toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, permits, and other applicable charges may be added to the final fare where required.

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on actual travel requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment may be made by cash, digital payment methods, bank transfer, UPI, or any other payment option accepted by us.

The customer is responsible for ensuring timely payment of all applicable charges.

Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, route changes, or travel beyond the agreed booking package.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the status of the booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop location details.
• Provide a valid contact number.
• Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
• Comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations during the journey.

Driver and Vehicle Allocation

The vehicle shown during inquiry may not always be the vehicle assigned for the trip.

We reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle depending on availability and operational requirements.

Driver allocation is subject to availability and scheduling.

Delays and Service Interruptions

While we strive to provide timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Government restrictions
• Accidents or unforeseen events

Limitation of Liability
